RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after it has been approved, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please get in touch with us.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail it to the appropriate returns location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
